History

Redhawk Plantation was established in 1989 by the Slay family. It was created to be a trophy hunter and wingshooters paradise. This paradise can be enjoyed while you or a group of associates dine on great southern cooking and lodge in a modern rustic setting. With all these comforts, there is nothing to do but come and join the "Redhawk family"! We have had guests such as movie star Robert Miranda, outdoor TV host Don Holley, TV soap star Kimberlin Brown, and NFL legend Larry Csonka.

We actively manage large acreage which contains world-class bucks, boars, winged game, and more. Over 100 food plots cover the plantation providing excellent nutrition for Redhawk's game. Each year over 70 tons of feed and minerals are provided to increase body weight and growth. The combination of these factors help to ensure an abundance of trophy animals.

In March of 2005, Harris & Jane Goss purchased Redhawk Plantation.   Harris & Jane plan to continue the fine traditions that already exist.   They plan to continue the great and enhance the good!
